On Saturday, March 22, 2025, the 26th Ordinary and 27th Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings of the Jordan Europe Business Association (JEBA) were held at the association’s headquarters in Rabieh, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ali Haider Murad, President of the Association, and with the legal quorum of attending members.
The Ordinary General Assembly discussed the association’s key achievements during 2024, as well as future directions. The administrative report and the balance sheet for the fiscal year were approved, and the administrative board was discharged. Additionally, “Noubani & Ma’rouf Auditing Co. LLC” was elected as the legal auditor for the new year.
During the Extraordinary General Assembly, a vote was held to amend Article (5) of the bylaws, approving the extension of the Board of Directors' term from two years to three, and limiting the maximum number of consecutive terms for board membership to two instead of three.
These meetings reflect the association’s commitment to enhancing governance frameworks and institutional transparency in a manner that serves members' aspirations and aligns with the demands of the coming phase.
